Pre-treatment Co-pay Estimate is available
The next time you need a dental treatment, you don’t have to be left in the dark wondering how much the bill will be. A pre-treatment estimate can be requested by your insurance carriers before you agree to receive any treatments. The approvals usually take about 3-4 weeks to process. We will receive an estimate of your share of the cost for each proposed treatment.
These estimates give patients an approximate idea of how much a dental treatment will cost overall, and how that cost will be split between the member and their insurance.
4 easy steps to get a pre-treatment estimate
1. Discuss dental procedures with your dentist.
2. Dentist submits a treatment plan and X-rays to the insurance.
3. Insurance reviews the documents and your benefits.
4. You receive a cost estimate.
We submit dental claims for you
We gladly submit your insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. Patients are responsible for payments of the services provided. Please remember that an insurance policy is a contract between you, and your employer and the insurance company, and we have no direct relationship with them.
