MetLife Dental Patient Notice

Due to recent insurance network changes, some MetLife Dental claims may have been processed incorrectly as out-of-network between September 2025 and December 2025. We are working closely with MetLife to have these claims reprocessed correctly.

Please note that our office is contracted with MetLife PDP Plus plans and FEDVIP plans.

Meet Dr. Ho

Dr. Ho is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC). After graduation in 2002, he continued at USC as an assistant clinical instructor and has been in private practice for over 24 years.

Medicare dental coverage
